Originally developed pre-Covid, Pamela Carvell has now modified and re-launched the Workplace Wellness Programme to reflect some of the ‘new normals’ and stresses of life post-Covid, as well as trends towards more plant-based eating & mindfulness. She has also controversially abandoned plans to deliver the programme on-line as she feels that her face-to-face engagement with the team and their interactions with each other produce unmeasurable benefits.
The programme was developed with hospitality in mind, as Carvell has spent the past 30 years working as a Sales & Marketing Consultant and trainer in hotels around Europe and as such is very aware of the stresses of working in a hotel operation.
There are still 4 modules, the first 3 lasting 3hrs each and the final one 4 hrs. They can be delivered consecutively over 2 days or individually over several weeks. It is however advisable for the same people to attend all modules as the knowledge and awareness is intended to develop over the course of the modules.

Healthy Eating
Communications
Managing Uncertainty, Change & Time (4 hrs)
In the programme Pamela combines her decades of experience conducting training in hospitality, over 10 years as Master Practitioner of NLP, a lifetime of healthy eating (she is a qualified Nutrition Adviser) & a passion for inspiring people.
The programme is designed to produce long-term benefits for the health and Happiness of the team, and not just be a quick fix.
