I launched Pampas International Marketing and Public Relations over 25 years ago, with a very fetching peach and navy logo, depicting pampas grass. I boasted that Pampas stood for Professional Advertising & Marketing & PR Advice and Support. The client base was primarily hotels and travel.

Pampas has evolved as my business name over the years, becoming Pampas Marketing & Training for many years and even Pampas Inspiration & Motivation.

From 2021 Pampas Lifestyle Consultancy represents the new direction of the business, with 2 principal services:

• Nutrition advice to the hospitality industry, helping them develop and market healthier menus & food offerings to meet ever-changing consumer tastes and wants
• Workplace Wellness Programmes. combining established Nutrition, NLP and training techniques
